Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) said he’s urged the nation’s 49 other governors to join him on a motorcycle ride this summer, the Associated Press reported Tuesday.
Walker said his state will pick up the tab for the governors to participate in a Harley-Davidson training course before they descend upon Milwaukee for the National Governors Association’s summer meeting scheduled to be held Aug. 2-4. The Badger State Republican said some governors have already accepted his offer.
