Former NBA great Dennis Rodman had such a good time in North Korea earlier this year, he’ll be heading back for another visit in August.
“I’m going back August 1,” Rodman told Gossip Extra on Monday. “We have no plans really, as far as what we’re going to do over there, but we’ll just hang and have some fun!”
According to Gossip Extra, the “we” in that sentenced referred to Rodman and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Since returning to the United States from his well-publicized trip in February , Rodman has spoken glowingly of the young leader, calling Kim a “friend” and an “awesome guy.”
Known as the Worm, Rodman told CNN last month that he was planning a return trip to the isolated state. The rebounding legend’s first trip to North Korea was orchestrated by Vice media.
