Ryan: Obama Using Medicare As A ‘Piggy Bank’ For Obamacare

Paul Ryan accused President Obama on Wednesday of raiding Medicare to fund “Obamacare,” a common campaign attack for the Romney-Ryan campaign, at a rally in Adel, Iowa.

Ryan said that Democrats think health care reform is an “achievement.” 

He’s right — Democrats touted the Affordable Care Act continuously during the first night of their national convention in Charlotte on Tuesday, referring to it as a “badge of honor.”
