Comedy Central has suspended tapings of the Colbert Report for the week. The network declined to comment on the situation to TPM. Mediaite first reported the news, saying Comedy Central told ticketholders that due to “unforseen reasons” the show will be off the air for the week. Comedy Central expects to air original episodes soon.
Here’s the network’s official statement:
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, the show will air repeat episodes on Wednesday, February 15 and Thursday, February 16.”
