Following a Thursday report that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn is seeking immunity in exchange for talking to the FBI and the intelligence committees in Congress, President Donald Trump sent an early-morning tweet arguing that Flynn should ask for immunity.

The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday that Flynn has asked for the intelligence committees and the FBI to grant him immunity.

Later on Thursday, a lawyer for Flynn confirmed that Flynn is in discussions with the House and Senate Intelligence Committees, but he would not say whether the former national security adviser has sought immunity. Flynn’s lawyer, Robert Kelner, said Flynn would talk to the committee for the right “circumstances.”

“No reasonable person, who has the benefit of advice from counsel, would submit to questioning in such a highly politicized, witch hunt environment without assurances against unfair prosecution,” Kelner added later in the statement.

President a question. Who would prosecute Flynn? Presumably it would be a federal prosecution. Who runs the Federal Government?

Why would Flynn need immunity from prosecution from You and Sessions?

You don’t have the impulse control to stop the tweet before showing, once again, that you are dim witted and have no sense of logic. Moron.

  3. He can have his immunity on one condition. The interview must take place with him hooked up to a lie detector. He’ll be fine so long as he tells the truth. The lie detector shows anything less and off to prison he goes, do not pass go, do not collect $200, for perjury.

This is too big of a deal to let him lie his ass off.
