As a church bell rang, a tuxedo-clad man turned to face the camera. With both hands raised, he pointed his finger straight ahead in a James Bond-esque stance.

“Pow, pow!” he said.

The man in the tuxedo was South Carolina Republican congressional nominee Anthony Culler, who posted the video and a three-paragraph rant to his Facebook page on Wednesday.

Culler, who is challenging Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC), recently lost the support of the state Republican Party after posting comments to Facebook describing gays as “Gremlins” and saying they were “creatures that are so destructive.”

The loss of support apparently did not deter Culler, who was at it again in Wednesday’s post to Facebook:

Hilarious! Just when everyone in the gay/lesbian world was busy high-fiving and thinking that same-sex marriage was a “done deal” when the SCOTUS refused to hear appeals, an unknown republican nominee in South Carolina was typing on Facebook the opening salvo of a new call to action!

Operation Gremlin has completely surprised the same-sex marriage “victors” and they are reeling from this surprise attack. For those of you that seek a new opportunity to grab victory from the mouth of the gremlin then now is the time to mobilize your churches, friends, and family!

There has NOT been ANY official ruling and so let’s see same-sex marriage activists enforce this non-action! Only battles have been lost but the war continues!
