President Donald Trump spun the good parts of the disappointing February jobs report Friday, telling reporters that the economy is “very, very strong” despite the piddling 20,000 jobs added last month.
He touted the stock market, saying “we are obviously very happy about that.”

I don’t know a lot about this kind of thing so I’m curious if the fact that we have such low unemployment could also affect the jobs number?
