Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) expressed concern Monday morning that former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz getting into the 2020 race could mean lost votes for the Democrat and a candidate equaling President Donald Trump in lack of qualifications for the job.
“The real question is, is the average American interested in a repeat of Donald Trump, meaning someone with no prior experience in government and public service, but someone in this case who has a stronger record as an ethical business leader?” Coons asked CNN’s John Berman.
