FCC Chair Nixes NSA Probe

The Democrats on the Federal Communications Commission may think that the NSA vast calls database merits an investigation, but Chairman Kevin Martin says his hands are tied. Since the program is classified, says Martin, the FCC could ask, but the NSA would just say no.
