WATCH LIVE: Senate Finance Hearing On IRS Scandal

The Senate Finance Committee is holding a hearing on the IRS scandal at 10:00 A.M. ET on Tuesday.

Scheduled to testify are acting (and outgoing) IRS commissioner Steven Miller, Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration Russell George and former IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman.
