President Donald Trump shoveled praise Tuesday morning on a new health care proposal that would replace the Affordable Care Act.

Trump’s comments came in a series of tweets:

The proposal, split into two bills submitted to the House Energy and Commerce Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee, would dramatically cut back on federal support for those seeking insurance coverage, transform Medicaid into a block grant system, eliminate the individual and employer mandates and replace Obamacare’s subsidies with tax credits.

It would also allow insurers to charge a 30 percent penalty for those applying for coverage after not being covered for more than 63 days.
