Red-state Democratic Sen. Kay Hagan (D-NC), who is up for re-election in 2014, reiterated on Tuesday that she would support the nomination of Chuck Hagel as the nation’s next secretary of defense.
“I will vote for his nomination to become our country’s next secretary of defense,” Hagan said before a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing.
