Napolitano To Inspect Border Security In California, Texas

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is scheduled to inspect border security efforts when she travels to San Diego, Calif. and El Paso, Texas this week, the Department of Homeland Security announced Monday. Napolitano is scheduled to be in San Diego on Monday and El Paso Tuesday.
