Doomsday newshound Matt Drudge bragged on Twitter that he ran a seven-minute mile on Tuesday morning.

It turns out he owes the feat to his exceedingly strange imagination.

The Obama team has had Drudge on edge lately.

After former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell (R) and conservative author Dinesh D’Souza were each slapped with federal charges last week, Drudge said that Attorney General Eric Holder is “unleashing the dogs” on Obama’s critics.
