A California man was charged with assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly pulling a gun on a young girl who was selling cookies in his neighborhood Sunday, according to the Daily News.
Police said the man, 59-year-old John Dodrill, pulled his gun on the girl when she knocked on his door on Strawberry Tree Lane in Temecula Calif. She was accompanied by her father, who called police.
Officials did not release the girl’s name or age, but they did clarify that she was not a girl scout. Dodrill is reportedly being held on $25,000 bail.
