Sen. Lamar Alexander’s (R-TN) former chief of staff will be confined to his parents’ Maryland home while he awaits trial on child pornography charges.

A federal judge on Monday ordered Ryan Loskarn released from custody. Loskarn, 35, was arrested last week on charges of possession and attempted distribution of child pornography. He was then fired by Alexander.

According to the Associated Press, Magistrate Judge John Facciola on Monday also ruled that Loskarn is not allowed to have access to the internet while at his parents’ house.
