‘Daily Show’ Kicks Off Black History Month With Old-Timey Broadcast (VIDEO)

“The Daily Show” opened up their archives to kick off Black History Month with an old-timey broadcast on Monday night’s episode.

The broadcast included the use of fire hoses on protesters and the arrest of Martin Luther King Jr. for “parading without a permit.”

“Oh, I’m sorry, did the Klan fill out their paperwork before marching in my neighborhood?” Roy Wood Sr. said. “When have you ever seen white people arrested for parading without a permit?”
