Clinton: ‘No Doubt’ Algerian Terrorists Had Weapons From Libya

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Wednesday that there is “no doubt” the militants who took foreigners hostage in Algeria had weapons from Libya.
