Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Wednesday that she did not select UN Ambassador Susan Rice to go on the Sunday morning shows to discuss the attack in Benghazi. Rice’s comments on the morning shows, claiming the attack was the result of a spontaneous protest, ultimately led her to remove her name for consideration to be the nominee for secretary of state.
