New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s (R) swearing-in ceremony and inaugural address for his second term in office are scheduled to begin 11:30 a.m. ET Tuesday at the Trenton War Memorial in Trenton, N.J.

Christie’s speech and ceremony comes just about an hour after news the Legislature is planning to form a joint committee to continue the investigation into allegations of political retribution plaguing his administration.

An inaugural celebration that was scheduled to be held at Ellis Island Monday night was canceled due to “severe winter weather.”
