Vice President Joe Biden is expected to speak in honor of late former South African President Nelson Mandela during a memorial service on Wednesday at the National Cathedral, according to a pool report.
Per the pool report, Biden and his wife, Dr. Jill BIden, signed a condolences book at the South African embassy on Monday in Washington to memorialize Mandela.
