A woman was accidentally shot in the leg at a Bloomsberg, Pa. gun show by a vendor while he was demonstrating a gun holster, according to BloomUToday.
Krista Gearhart told police she was shot in the right leg by Geoffrey Hawk, an Eagle Arms Gun Show vendor.
Gearhart was treated at and released from a local hospital, according to BloomUToday.
This article is totally untrue. Accidental gunfire? Never happens with responsible, expertly trained gun owners. No, the heroic vendor was actually standing his ground against the woman’s obviously aggressive leg.
But I’m sure there must be plenty of false equivalency anecdotes about women who were accidentally stabbed by overly enthusiastic Ginzu knife salesmen. It must happen all the time.
Wait, how did this happen with all of those heavily armed there? I thought arming everyone was the answer.
Obviously this guy was an irresponsible gun owner. He became one the second that gun fired, up until that very moment he was a responsible gun owner.
Clearly just a new approach to marketing. “Buy this holster or else.”
