When You Think Your Supporters Are Idiots

Former Sen. Jim DeMint (R), now head of the Heritage Foundation, tells supporters of the ‘defund Obamacare’ movement that President Obama might actually sign a bill defunding the signature legislation of his presidency. Asked what the point was when it was obvious Obama would simply veto such a bill, DeMint replied: “Well, we don’t know that, do we?”
