Take No Prisoners

The Republican-controlled legislature in North Carolina managed to override Gov. Bev Perdue’s veto of a pro-fracking bill late last night when a Democratic representative … pushed the wrong voting button(!). The GOP leadership then blocked her attempt to correct her vote, leaving her in tears and her colleagues consoling her.
