Phoenix-area Sheriff Joe Arpaio rounds up a posse of “celebrity crime fighters” — including Lou Ferrigno and Steven Seagal — to protect his non-border county from illegal immigration.
Ed. Note: I recently Netflixed The Incredible Hulk to watch with my kids. It is waaay worse than you remember. Trust me. Even my kids — who are masters at suspending their disbelief — were giggling when Ferrigno flashed white patches of skin where the green makeup didn’t extend far enough under his shorts.
