Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown has a solid lead over state Treasurer Josh Mandel in Ohio.
Brown leads 49 percent to 41 percent, in a new poll from Rasmussen. The survey of 500 likely voters was conducted Sep. 12, and has a 4.5 percent margin of error.
In the previous Rasmussen poll from a month ago, the two candidates were tied at 44 percent each.
The PollTracker Average shows Brown leading, 47.6 percent to 42.1 percent.
