Republican Sen. Dean Heller has a narrow lead over his Democratic challenger, Rep. Shelley Berkley, according to a new poll from GOP-leaning Magellan Strategies.
Heller leads Berkley 45 percent to 42 percent. The survey of 665 likely voters was conducted July 16 and 17, and has a 3.8 percent margin of error.
The survey was commissioned by the conservative group Americans for Prosperity, and obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The PollTracker Average currently shows Heller leading 44.7 percent to 42.3 percent.
