Facebook has reportedly set the price of shares in its impending initial public offering between the high $20s to mid $30s, giving the company an overall valuation of between $85 billion and $95 billion, the Wall Street Journal tweeted, citing unnamed sources. Facebook shares will trade on the NASDAQ although no date has yet been established for the actual opening day of trading. Late May or early June is the date spectulated by analysts.
