President Obama was the second most famous person at his own fundraiser Sunday night. Lady Gaga decided to make an appearance at the event in Atherton, California.
According to the White House pool report, Gaga arrived a bit after 8PM, as her own hit “Poker Face” was playing over the speakers.
She entered “delicately walking on sky-high heels (she towered over everyone, a good 2 feet taller than POTUS).”
The president spoke at the event for approximately 8 minutes, with the entertainer conspicuously seated directly in front of him.
Though the President never directly acknowledged her presence, it seems likely that the two encountered each other at some point during the evening.
