Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau personally welcomed a plane of Syrian refugees to Canada when they arrived at the Pearson International airport in Toronto.

The government, under Trudeau, plans to resettle 10,000 refugees by the end of December and another 15,000 by February.
