A new ad from Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-TX) presidential campaign portrays Donald Trump as an action figure masquerading as a Republican.

The 45-second spot shows children explaining that the Trump doll “pretends to be a Republican” who likes “bailouts for the banks” and donates to Democrats. The Trump doll also encounters a Hillary Clinton doll who Trump pays to be his friend.

The children playing with the Trump action figure then smash down a “lousy” dollhouse using eminent domain.

At the end of the ad, a narrator says, “We wouldn’t tolerate these values in our children. Why would we want them in a president?”

Cruz spokesman Rick Tyler told the Independent Journal Review that the ad will “make a serious issue easy to understand and fun.”

ON the other hand, Trump could portray Cruz as a doll who pretends to be a human being…

  2. Mark my words: after the GOP has gone down in flames in the general, we are going to find out things about Ted Cruz that are going to creep us ALL out.

  3. Hah! And he’s got ever smaller fingers in this video! I love it.

Here’s mud in your eye to that short-fingered vulgarian!
