Pot-smoking comedian Bill Maher offered some unsolicited advice to Maureen Dowd after the New York Times columnist recently ate a candy bar laced with marijuana and freaked out.
“If you’ve never had pot, don’t eat it the first time,” he said. “Oh God, it’s so much more intense when you eat it. It would be like losing your virginity to Ron Jeremy.”
He added: “I personally don’t eat it because it makes me paranoid. Nothing ruins a party like people who are paranoid and delusional. Just ask the Republicans.”
