Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are tied in Colorado, with Trump pulling ahead in Iowa and Georgia and Clinton leading in Virginia.

The new Quinnipiac poll shows the two candidates matched at 47 percent in Colorado, but Clinton moves ahead by two points in the four-way match, 44-42, with Libertarian Gary Johnson at 10 percent and Green Party candidate Jill Stein at 2 percent.

This latest poll indicates the presidential race has tightened in Colorado since mid-August, when Clinton led by 10 points, 49-39, according to a previous Quinnipiac poll.

In both Iowa and Georgia, Trump leads the polls by six points, 50-44. With third party candidates included, Trump leads Iowa 44-37, with Johnson at 10 percent and Stein at 2 percent. In Georgia, Trump leads 47-40, with Johnson at 9 percent. Stein was not included in polls in Georgia.

Clinton however maintains a seven-point lead in Virginia, 50-43. In the four-way race, Clinton leads 45-39, with Johnson at 8 percent and Stein at 1 percent.

Trump’s lead in Iowa reverses Clinton’s lead in the state last month. When polled by Quinnipiac in August, likely Iowa voters preferred Clinton, 47-44.

This latest poll shows a decrease in Clinton’s lead in Virginia as well. The same Quinnipiac poll showed Clinton ahead by 12 points, 50-38, in the home state of her vice president pick Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA).

Quinnipiac has not previously polled Georgia, but Trump led a Monmouth poll of the state released early this week, 45-42, with Johnson at 8 percent.

The Quinnipiac poll was conducted via live telephone interview from Sept. 13-21. The survey included 644 likely Colorado voters with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.9 percent; 638 likely Georgia voters with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.9 percent; 612 likely Iowa voters with a margin of error of plus or minus four percent; and 659 likely Virginia voters with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.8 percent.

TPM’s PollTracker Average in Colorado shows Clinton leading Trump, 45.3 to 42.5.

TPM’s PollTracker Average in Georgia shows Trump leading Clinton, 47.7 to 43.1.

TPM’s PollTracker Average in Iowa shows Trump leading Clinton, 48.6 to 41.4.
