Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) insisted Sunday that despite President Donald Trump’s “temper tantrum,” he is “not going to get the wall in any form.”
“Even the House which is a majority Republican, they don’t have the votes for his $5 billion wall plan,” Schumer told NBC’s Chuck Todd. “If the President wants to debate the wall next year he can. I don’t think he’ll get it. But he shouldn’t use innocent workers as hostage for his temper tantrum to throw a bone to his base.”

Kudos to Schumer. He hit every button.
(Except Mexico having to pay for the wall.)
I get it, Josh has decided to move from the website to twitter. It is punchier, quicker and free of content. No need of journalists to actually work. Just exactly what we need.
Trump’s plea should be addressed to the Mexican Congress, since he promised they would pay for it.
Schumer should know that if they cave on any part of the wall, I will have written my last check to the Democratic Party for the foreseeable future. I am not alone.
