WASHINGTON (AP) — The Latest on President Donald Trump’s response to the Florida school shooting (all times local):

President Donald Trump is postponing a campaign rally next week in Pennsylvania because of Wednesday’s school shooting in Florida.
Trump’s campaign says it put off the Feb. 21 rally in Ambridge, outside of Pittsburgh, “out of respect and sympathy for the victims and survivors.”
Trump also cancelled an official trip Friday to Orlando, Florida, to highlight his infrastructure proposal. But he said Thursday he’ll make a separate trip to Parkland, Florida, to meet with families and local officials in the coming days.
Trump is scheduled to spend the weekend at his private club in Palm Beach, Florida.

President Donald Trump is cancelling a planned trip to Orlando, Florida, on Friday after Thursday’s deadly school shooting in Parkland.
Trump is still planning a separate trip to Florida to meet with families and local officials in Parkland.
White House deputy press secretary Lindsay Walters says Trump will not make the trip that had been meant to promote the president’s infrastructure proposal.
He was scheduled to spend the weekend at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach.
“But he said Thursday he’ll make a separate trip to Parkland, Florida, to meet with families and local officials in the coming days.”
“Yeah, yeah, thoughts and prayers. Sorry for your loss. Look, I have a tee time in an hour. Gotta run.”
Mr. I could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and not lose any votes, and the people who voted their guns like they were told to, and their dead children suddenly does not sound like a happy rally. Everybody loves that 2d Amendment bull shit until a couple of grim faced cops show up at their front door.
My sincere condolences go to America again in the face of the latest unnecessary tragedy.

If Trump visits Parkland, FL. after this tragedy, his appearance will be more choreographed than an American Ballet Theater production of “Swan Lake”.
There were over 1000 people at the candlelit vigil last night to mourn the victims of this mass shooting. I am sure the majority are wanting to scream “Fuck you!” or “Liar!” at him if he visits their community. And he deserves nothing less, as do any NRA-sucking GOP members who send “thoughts and prayers” and who say it’s “too soon to talk about gun control after this totally-not-preventable tragedy”. You’ll see Trump and Scott and Rubio jacking each other off and praising the cops and faking their goddamned concern. Personally, I wish the people of Parkland would storm wherever Trump is appearing and drag him and Scott and the rest of them out into the street to hear their concerns about gun violence.
I’m sure those kids would enjoy the fabulous chocolate cake at Mar-a-Lago. But they can’t BECAUSE THEY’RE DEAD you orange motherfucker.
I hope they give him what-for if / when he goes to Parkland.
