Though Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) has been coy in speaking about a 2020 bid, her actions belie her intentions.

Hot of the heels of a conveniently timed book tour, Harris is shuttering her state campaign committee, a necessary step to prepare for a national run according to a Tuesday Politico report.

She is reportedly donating about $1 million from that account to various organizations that serve immigrants, fire fighters and domestic workers, among others.

She has not yet announced a 2020 bid officially, though she teased her upcoming decision Tuesday on the View.
