According to Tim Pawlenty’s Google test, Tim Pawlenty has no place in government.
On Tuesday night, Stephen Colbert looked into what sorts of services could be done away with if the nation actually used Pawlenty’s test, which says that if you can find a service online, the government doesn’t need to provide that service.
“I say we can Google our way to not needing the government altogether,” Colbert said.
From that, Colbert was able to prove that because Pawlenty is on the web, he shouldn’t be president.
“I can Google Tim Pawlenty. And if I can Google Tim Pawlenty, that means he’s absolutely unnecessary in government,” Colbert said. “Which makes him the perfect Vice President.”
