The judge has given more direction to the jury deciding the fate of David Safavian, AP reports.

Prognosticates reader BK, who apparently enjoys some legal training:

Looks like the jury is working its way through the five counts. They may have already concluded that Abramoff was seeking to do business with GSA – now they’re trying to decide if Safavian lied to all three agencies about it. I’d bet they’ve concluded that Safavian lied to GSA and now they’re trying to wrap up and reach a verdict on all five counts by the end of the day.

Any other guesses?
