President Barack Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are expected to participate in a wreath laying ceremony to mark the 50th anniversary of late President John F. Kennedy’s assassination. The event is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET. at Arlington National Cemetery.
