WaPo/ABC Poll: Obama, Romney Tied At 49 Percent

President Obama and Mitt Romney are locked at 49 percent each among likely voters nationally, according to a new Washington Post/ABC daily tracking poll released Monday. The same poll found Mitt Romney with a one-point edge over President Obama on Sunday, 49 percent to 48 percent.
