UC Davis spokesperson Andy Fell tells TPM that the university hopes to make its final pepper-spraying incident report public on February 21. Fell couldn’t comment on the details of the report.
The incident, where campus police pepper sprayed a group of sitting protesters, occurred November 18 and garnered national and international attention.
