The director of social media for Donald Trump’s presidential campaign suggested Thursday that Pope Francis was a hypocrite for saying Trump’s advocating for a border wall made him not “Christian.”

“Amazing comments from the Pope- considering Vatican City is 100% surrounded by massive walls,” adviser Dan Scavino tweeted.
