President Donald Trump on Monday morning continued his attempts to delegitimize the media by claiming that any “negative” poll must be “fake news.”

It’s unclear what poll set Trump off early Monday morning. He may have been reacting to a CNN/ORC poll released Friday. The poll found that 53 percent of Americans oppose Trump’s order suspending the refugee program and barring people from seven predominantly Muslim countries from coming to the U.S.
