During an off-the-rails press conference on Monday, President Donald Trump said he would be “fine” with the FBI interviewing Brett Kavanaugh and threw the ball in the Justice Department’s court.
“I don’t know, it’s up to them,” he said.

As usual, Trump runs away from any situation that requires dealing with a direct confrontation. The biggest thing I feel that I’ve learned about Trump since taking office is that he’s a coward when confronted directly.
