Tea party supporters plan to rally before the Internal Revenue Service branch in Cincinnati, Ohio on Tuesday, to protest the agency’s improper scrutiny of non-profit groups, including using words like “tea party” and “patriot” on applications seeking tax-exempt status.
“Join us to ‘Rein in the IRS,'” reads the group’s website. “We will rally together. Bring your signs, your flags and you devotion to the Constitution.”
