Mississippi State Sen. Chris McDaniel (R) will receive the endorsement to Tea Party Express, the nation’s largest super PAC on Tuesday.

McDaniel’s campaign announced on Monday that the Tea Party Express bus tour will make stops in Tupelo and Jackson, Mississippi in support of McDaniel, who is running in the Republican primary against Sen. Thad Cochran (R-MS).

It’s the latest in a string of endorsements McDaniel has received from prominent conservative organizations. He was previously endorsed by the Club for Growth, The Senate Conservatives Fund, FreedomWorks and the Madison Project.

Also on Monday the Madison Project announced a five-week statewide radio ad buy in support of McDaniel.

An October Mother Jones report revealed that McDaniel attended neo-conservative and secessionist gatherings in Mississippi. More recently, McDaniel denied that he attended one of the two neo-confederate events.

Cochran has not said yet whether he plans to run for re-election.
