I’d let him waste the $5.7 billion IF he agreed on PERMANENT protection for Dreamers and TPS - but he has to reopen government today. Congress, of course, has to approve and that can come after the government is re-opened today. Oh - and an iron-clad promise that he not pull this stunt ever again.
