Late Sunday night, police in Alexandria, Va., released the booking photo for Sen. Michael Crapo (R-ID), who was arrested earlier in the day on suspicion of drunken driving.
A statement on the police department’s website also confirmed details of the arrest that appeared in earlier reports. Additionally, it said Crapo’s blood alcohol level was .110, which is higher than the state’s legal limit of .08. The statement also said Crapo was alone in his personal vehicle at the time of his arrest.
