Scotland Yard’s Head Of Communications Resigns

Dick Fedorcio, Scotland Yard’s head of communications, has resigned after the police force opened disciplinary proceedings against him, The Guardian reports. An inquiry by the police finds that Fedorcio should face charges of misconduct for awarding a contract to a former News of the World executive.
