Santorum Endorses Senate Challenger Mourdock In Indiana

Former Pennsylvania Senator and 2012 Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum tweeted his endorsement of Indiana state Treasurer Richard Mourdock, who is challenging current Sen. Dick Lugar (R-IN) in the state’s GOP primary set for Tuesday. Mourdock is a Tea Party favorite who has been looking to unseat Lugar by challenging him from the right and charging that he’s too close to President Obama.
